The registration is now closed.

On-site registration is now in progress at the HILTON HOTEL, Nairobi all the way to Wednesday evening 13th May 2009 .
 
Please make arrangements to go the Hilton at the earliest opportunity to confirm your registration details and to also collect your registration kit. The registration team is available to respond to all your queries and also provide you with any assistance possible.

Registration Guidelines

  • Full payment with the duly completed registration form is required to secure confirmations (payments may be made by cash, credit cards, wire transfer or bank drafts).
  • Forward the form together with proof of payment (if applicable) to:

  • If paying by Credit Card, send the form by FAX ONLY to : +254-20-3741231 / 3749340 (The registration desk will not assume any liability for credit card information sent by email)
  • Cancellations postmarked by April 30th, 2009 will receive a refund less US$40.00 processing fee. Cancellations or changes in Registration must be in writing and will not be accepted after April 30th, 2009.
  • Second-tier discount: April 14th, 2008 [NOTE: Additional Sur-Charges of US$20.00 for Rotarians & Guests will be applicable after April 15, 2009]

Fill item # 23 on the registration form in full and return, form duly signed, via return fax to +254-20-3741231 / 3749340 together with copies of both sides of credit card and duly signed authorisation form. Payments done by credit card will accrue an additional 3% finance levy surcharge on total amount payable. (NB: Registrations sent via email will infer and constitute authority and signature).
