Registration Guidelines

  • Early registration deadline: December 31st, 2008 [NOTE: Additional Sur-Charges of US$20.00 for Rotarians & Guests will be applicable after April 15, 2009]
  • Registration is subject to receipt of duly filled and signed registration form and proof of payment
  • Important: 50% Advance payment required to secure and confirm hotel reservation: (See instructions on item no. 26 (Conference Accommodation) section)
  • Registration is subject to receipt of duly filled and signed registration form and proof of payment.
  • Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or changes must be submitted to the registration committee in writing.
  • Cancellations postmarked by April 30, 2009 will receive a refund less US$ 40.00 processing fee.
  • No cancellations will be accepted after April 30, 2009.
