Project Fair
The Conference Committee is in the process of allocating booths for Rotary Clubs or organizations who wish to participate in the Project Fair during the 84th District Conference and Assembly.
The size of each booth is approximately 2400 x 2400mm and is fitted with pin up boards on 3 sides. The height of each panel is approx 2000mm high.
The booths are all strategically located on the concourse (passage way) and should be great fun if you have an interesting exhibition.
In view of the short time between now and the conference, you are requested to book your booth now. The booths will be awarded on a first come first serve basis. Please note that the project booths are available free of charge provided your club has recorded more than 6 registered members for the conference.

Kindly include any specific requirements you may require for the exhibition. Successful applicants will be informed by the first week of May 2009.
