Please Note
Since the change of venue from KICC (located in the city centre) to the UN Conference Centre in Gigiri (about 20 min drive from the city centre), we are looking at various additional accommodation options closer to the new venue.

Accommodation
The official conference hotel is the Hilton Nairobi but other accommodation is available for every pocket - ranging from 5-star to budget. We have negotiated with many hotels special conference rates available to delegates.

Hotel Booking Guidelines
- It is recommended that hotel bookings be done together with the conference registration, in order to secure discounted rates and to confirm your bookings as per your preferred choice of accommodation venue.
- If you require any specific assistance, facilitation and / or have any specific requirements, please refer to the Rotarian in charge of accommodation (see sidebar left).
- 50% advance payment is required to secure and ensure your hotel booking reservation (conditions for cancellation apply).
- Rates may be subject to nominal variation at a later date, subject to hotel selection and date of registration.
- Any supplemental services used will be extra, chargeable directly by the hotel.
- Transport from airport / hotel (and return) will be co-ordinated by the Conference Transport Committee (see sidebar left for contact).
- It is recommended that you make your hotel booking as early as possible, as hotel rooms in Nairobi tend to get booked up quickly.
